Polyclinic Galekovic was founded in 1993 as an institution which deals with a wide range of dental medicine, and continuous improvement of all branches of dental medicine. This health facility combines the knowledge of all dental industry with special emphasis on dental prosthetics, dental implantology and aesthetic dentistry. From 2007 to 2009 the reconstruction and upgrading of the polyclinic Galeković was finished, therefore today it is shown in its full aesthetic and technological splendor.

The dental clinic has two modern dental offices, a modern dental laboratory, an operating room for complex oral surgical procedures and installation of dental implants, as well as the latest digital 3D RVG laboratory for recording teeth, jaw, joints and sinuses.

Polyclinic Galeković has a large, comfortable waiting room with all the necessary amenities to make the patients feel as comfortable as possible. In order to provide their patients with a pleasant stay, polyclinic Galeković offers overnight stays in two modern apartments which is included in the price of the service.

Polyclinic Galeković was founded by dr. Stjepan Galeković, as the first private dental institution in Croatia, which combines general and specialist dental medicine. Having worked in Slovenia and Croatia as a dental technician and a doctor of dental medicine, with his attentive , caring and highly professional attitude towards his patients, he spread the good reputation of the clinic, not only in Croatia but also in other European countries. He was one of the pioneers of dental implantology in Croatia. Numerous degrees, awards and certificates which he acquired in Croatia and abroad are a proof of his clinical work in the dental profession.

Today the polyclinic Galeković is managed by his sons Josip, a dental technician and manager of the institution, Marko, a doctor of dental medicine, and his wife Jelena, a dental assistant.

Due to high-quality, quick and financially affordable work, and because of the large nimber of patients, the polyclinic also employs other dentists, an oral surgeon, an orthodontist and other dental technicians. The entire team regularly attends professional courses and seminars, as evidenced by numerous high-quality works, certificates and satisfied patients. Born on October 9, 1983 in Varaždin, where he currently lives. He attended elementary school in Vinica, where he lived in the family home unil he was 21. Started high school in 1998 and finished it in the Zagreb Health school in 2002 as a dental technician. After high school he voluntarily joined the health institution Borongaj of the Croatian army, where his military service ended in 2003 in Rijeka.

That same year he started work at the dental polyclinic Galeković, completed his internship, passed his state exam in Zagreb and obtained a licence for independent work. He expanded the services of the clinic, and in 2005 he became the manager of the institution. 

He carried out his professional training in ceramics in the first, advanced and Master course with Vlado Drenovec, Darko Mehun, Carsten Fischer, Katarzyne Subotowicz, Darryl Millwood and Klaus Mutertis. He attended the CEKA and Rhein 83 course with Damir Prokop, Siniša Kuzman and the company Maico. For Telering, TEK1 (telescopes and cones) and precise installment and casting, he attended various working courses with Stefan Tiehe in Goslar (Germany) in the company Siladent. 

He specialized in non-metal ceramics Cercone, CERGE and E.MAX in Croatia, Graz and Liechtenstein, and in 2008 bought the first Ceramill system for individual production of Cercon ceramics, veneers, inlay, overlay, etc. He perfected his professional prosthetic knowledge of the implants Ankylos, Xive (which he mostly uses today), Nobel Biocare, Straumann etc. Together with the co-owners, he is doing a complete reconstruction of the company which currently has approximately 800m2 of the most modern interior and exterior, providing the patient a pleasant and comfortable stay. Today he works with one of the most modern CAD CAM systems in the world of Ceramill Amann Girrbach prosthetic wide range materials, he keeps records of 11 employees and continues to follow the latest and most modern trends in the world market, using his specialization to provide the best service to the dentist and the patient with mutual smile and pleasure.

Born on March 2, 1986 in Varaždin. He attended elementary school in his native Vinica, which he finished in 2000 with excellent success in all eight grades and 5.0 average. The same year he started the Archdiocesan high school in Zagreb, which he finished in 2004 with 5.0 average in all four classes and was exempted from taking the final exam. The same year he enrolled in the Faculty of dentistry in Zagreb, where he graduated with honours in December of 2009 in the field of dental prosthetics among the 10 best students and also as the yougest one.

In January of 2010 he was given an internship which he successfully completed during that year. He completed the general part of his internship in the dental polyclinic Galeković, and the specialist part he did in Zagreb, Varaždin and Čakovec. After having completed the entire internship at the beginning of 2011, he passed his professional examination at the Ministry of Health in Zagreb and obtained a license for independent work. After that he started working in the dental polyclinic Galeković as head of dental practice and professional team of dentists, as well as the polyclinic co-owner.

From the 3rd year of college he had been volunteering in the dental polyclinic Galeković during his winter and spring holidays; so that in his college years and his internship he acquired all the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in different areas of dental medicine, and especially in the field of prosthetics, implantprosthetics, oral surgery and implantology. Today he continues his regular professional training in the country and abroad by participating in a number of practical and theoretical courses and conferences.
