CERCON nonmetal ceramics Cercon (Zirconium Oxide ZrO2) is the most popular dental material today used for prosthetic purposes, whereby its complete biocompatibility, high strength (1300 MPa) and transparency are highly important and give the natural aesthetics of the teeth. We use Cercon to produce the Cercon-ceramic and complete Cercon crowns and bridges (Zolid), inlay, overlay, veneers, we do teeth upgrading, implant upgrades and telescopes.
CoCr alloy – metal ceramics
With the arrival of Amann Girrbach CAD CAM systems we can forget about the wax handmade modelation, inlays, heating, casting and alloy preparation, which is a long-lasting process where the human hand easily makes mistakes. This device, directly on the CoCr (steel) block, processes our 3D computer modelation to the finest detail, where the aesthetic material is immediately put on such an object, and therefore the quality and time factors are undisputable. The temporary teeth and the final 3D appearance
With the new TruSmile software, provided by Cermill's Ag MIND system, the patient can see his 3D tooth appearance immediately after the tooth preparation, which is only a temporary solution (optional), but can also be the final appearance, as agreed. Temporary prosthetics is made from high-quality composite material that consists of three colours, which gives the patient a satisfactory aesthetics while he waits for the final product.
